We build a contemporary way of living
The architectural office of C. Kythreotis and Associates, designed an impressive twelve-storey building that will be an iconic reference point of the capital. It is an office block of international standards, which responds to the needs of the contemporary business community. The building is a tower with the looks of an elegant sculpture, with its main characteristic being the light reflections on the moving aluminium shade panels. It is located in one of the most privileged areas of the city, opposite the Presidential Palace. The biggest advantage of its location is the easy access to two important roads: the historic Demostheni Severi Avenue next to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Kyriakou Matsi Street. It is part of the administrative centre of the capital, while at the same time it’s very close to the green areas of the English School and Strovolos Linear Park. The building is made entirely of glass and its roof is covered with photovoltaic panels, making it efficient as far as renewable energies are concerned. On the ground floor there is a spacious, 6 meter high reception area of 210 sq.m. The total area of the building is 4,300 sq.m and it has 105 parking spaces in three underground levels. The building can be used entirely by one company or organization. It is a work of high aesthetic and technological standards, which adorns the urban landscape and enriches our architectural culture.
