The building is located at the heart of Nicosia's shopping centre, on a street that connects Cleopatra Hotel with Stasikratous Street. This is an area that is constantly upgraded, not only because of infrastructure projects, but also due to new hospitality venues. The building is designed as a residential development with 1 and 2-bed apartments, while the ground floor can be potentially used for commercial purposes. The project is currently under study.
