The building is located in an up-coming area, very close to the European University. The architectural design of EPISSERA ARCHITECTS meets the residential needs of the new era, by proposing modern 1 and 2-bed apartments, as well as studios. The impressive W-shaped concrete columns support a five-storey building with contemporary design and large parking spaces. The project is currently under study and it will be soon on the market.
